Good kill!! That was one of the main reasons that I bought my first Terminator!! I had a Saleen S-281 and a Roush Stage 2 and would get killed by LS-1s. Not anymore!!

 

they smoked my 99 cobra .not now, it looked like an 2000 up .i dont know years on them i hate them[:'(] lots of mods on the way . 10.90 my goal on irs .it can be done without kennebell .

 

definitely, my friend ran it with a blower port, full interior, irs, and bogarts. He is an awesome driver though.

I was wanting to buy a 99 cobra. Dude I definately gotta be able to smoke an LS1. I seen on horsepower TV today that a stock 98 camaro ss dynoed 305 at the wheels. A 99 cobra has what. probably like 270rwhp. and 305 at the crank. does anybody know if i was to buy a 99 cobra tomorrow if i could take it to ford and have them make it 320 hp and not charge me. a stock 03 cobra dynoed at 364rwhp.

hey, most 99s got the hp problem fixed, and i promise you that if you put a gear under that 99 and bump the timing, you will walk away from ls1, i have yet to be beat by one, my friend are chevy lover that dump money in them i shock the heck out of them when i beat, them, i ran a 6.0 gto from 0-110 and had about 2.5 cars on him, and my friend ls1 camaro ss i beat by about 1 car, just a strong car i guess? i am happy with my 99 cobra!
