I'm on my second Cobra vert & luckily I made room in the garage for it. But I see alot of verts outside all the time. I found a great product to treat the fabric it's called 303 fabric guard, if you treat it regurarly the water just beads off it. It is a marine product that really works. As far as any regrets, just one I wish I didn't sell my first Cbra vert.

Had a '98 GT 'vert for a while and loved it so much I decided to go with a /98 Cobra 'vert. Now I have two (trying to sell the GT now). There's nothing like pulling the top down on a hot car, especially a 12 second Cobra vert with some killer mods that you can take to the drag strip and 'Pearl Harbor' many of the hardtops there!

Any convertible top, regardless if it's garaged or not will show age faster than you'd like.

If you are interested in purchasing a Cobra 'Vert, you obviously have some money in your back pocket. So it's not big deal to replace a top 5 years down the road if you have to. It's the nature of the beast.

It's like someone buying one of these cars and being worried about gas mileage or something breaking.

Once you own a convertible you will never go back. I've had 4 jeeps in the past and it got me hooked. Now I have a cobra convertible, open air and horsepower never felt so good.

Vert ftw. I don't drive my car in the rain, and it is kept in a garage.
