What is the easiest way to get the belt off of an 03 cobra? The tensioner doesn't seem to want to move far enough to get the belt off.

 

use a 1/2" rachet and put it in the square space in the tensioner. Pull towards the bottom of the car and slide the belt off. Not off the supercharger pulley first the one thats right above the tensioner and it will slide right off
