Default (* Cobra wheels ???

I am buying a 98 Cobra Mustang and from reading about it and doing a little research I know that the clock gauge pod was deleted and it has dual cup hoolders. My Q is the car has 97 wheels ( the fat 5 spoke with painted gray divits:? ) I just want to know if it was common to sell the 98 wheels or if I am getting a 97 with updated mods?"?? Also if you know a cheap place to buy rims & tires for the correct 98 please let me know. Thanks, Bryan[:-]

No Offense but is there another forum with many more posts and activity? I seriously love the way this one is set up but I am used to getting many responses right away. I just wanted to know about my wheels...if it is common practice to sell the stockers and also I posted about when the secondary port throttles open at 3,250 RPM can you really feel the pick up or slightly. Thanks in advance for any response. Bryan[:@]

THANKS AGAIN !!! by the way the 86 BUICK GN I just sold would blow the doors off of anyone of your cobras including mine...but only in a straight line.... up to about 120....hence the reason for selling.[:@] Seriously though is anybody alive out there or is there a better site for my Questions ....Thanks

Any time you want to buy STOCK wheels, they are cheap and easy to find. I'm sure you can find some on eBay no problemo. But why would anybody actually spend money to make it stock unless it was a classic?
