The mods I did to my car are listed below and I need help on what to do next to gain some extra HP from the engine without supercharging it. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Everything depends on your pocket-book. Looking at your list of mods, your car handles like a monster, but you still have a long way to go w/ your engine work. LT's and a catback will be a nice improvement, or you could get the H/C package, or a chip..... Your options are still pretty wide open under the hood. Just my 2 cents on it.
