BBK makes good reasonably priced headers.

Default RE: Headers?

BBK has a good name... I installed some Mac equal length headers years ago and they leaked bad!... the problem really ends up coming down to the quality of gasket that get install on there. The ones that I had were basically made of paper... bad just from the sound of it. As soon as they got hot a bunch of times, they hardened and then began to blow by. That in turn blew extremly hot combustion gasses across the gaskets and presto... they turned crispy and cracked, never being able to be tightened up to make a proper seal... That could all have been avoided by some high quality graphite gaskets. After installing some Fel Pro's on there, they never leaked as long as I had the car... So, get some decent brand name headers in your price range but don't skimp on the gaskets!
