Turbo or Supercharger??
Turbo or Turbo, huh?
If you can afford it, Turbo is by far the best modification. Easy to control, super power out put, awesome power curve... bad side? Expensive, complicated, tight, did I mention expensive?
You can get a basic S/C for as little at 2-3K, start adding intercooling, 5K, engine internal upgrades, 10k... Turbo kit about 7K to start.
Why is a turbo better... easy. 1) it uses waste gas to make power. 2) modern, well designed turbo setups have virtually no lag. 3) you have full control of boost level with the turn of a **** 4) you have full boost nearly instantly and it stays at full boost the entire time you want it (and even a little after!).
Want cheap thrills? Go nitrous.

When I had my SC installed the guy had nothing but SUPER things to say about turbos.. He had a few project cars in his shop and he was showing me how they work.. All I can say is WOW.. From what I can gather they are 'free' power as long as you spend the money to get one.. Once they reach their boost level its almost instant and consistant..
If I had the money I would have gotten one now that I know what they are capable of..
