x-pipe help

I have the flow master delta 2 x-pipes and i need to pass inspection. Someone told me about a IRL or somthing but i'll take any good cheap ways to fix the problem and keep the pipes. Thanks.

Honestly, I'd try to find someone who'd like to pocket $10 or $20 bucks to pass you. Saves alot of wrenching and curse words.
