Default Cure for Wheel hop!

I have found a cure for the dreaded wheel hop with our IRS Cobras:
Nitto 315/35/17 Drag radials on 10.5 inch wheels
IRS Brace
IRS Crossbrace
Poly Front and rear differential bushings
It was a bitch to install all this stuff, but it is well worth the trouble. I can now launch hard and I have no wheel hop and no spinning. The tires just bark a little and then it is all traction.

They would, but they look like balloons. They fit perfectly on 10.5 wheels.

What brand of braces and bushings did you go with? Where'd you buy from?

IRS Hardlaunch Crossbar-www.rpmoutlet.com
IRS Brace-www.Steeda.com
Bushings-I picked these up on my way through Atlanta last week at a performance shop, but you can find them online. I think steeda and rpmoutlet sell them.
Wheels-www.Ebay.com
Tires-Ebay

that cross bar did nothing for you, the stock one is just fine.

cheapest way to cure wheel hop is get good tires. get a brace just to be safe, thats it. i never had any hop with 315s on the stock wheels and stiffer springs. now i have every mod that there is for the IRS (except the cross bar, thats for earlier cobras) and its still dont hop, just really really stiff.
