FreeWilly, usually when you eat belts like that there is an alignment issue. Did you only change the lower or did you install an upper and/or idlers?

I tihnk for the 6lb kit you should need a 3.5 alternator pulley. I think a 3.2 is for 2lb and 4lb kits.

I tend to hear that alot about RPMOUTLET. I was planning to buy an AFCO HE from them too, but now I'm concerned. Off the subject, but who elso carries the AFCO's???

Yes, a 6 lb. lower should use the 3.5" alternator pulley. I think, though, ***** has an alignment issue. I'm guessing the lower was not installed properly if the belts were fine before the install of that lower and he didn't tough the idlers or upper pulley.

Look at lethalperformance.com, they recommend a 3.5 with the 6lb lower. Everything Ive looked at recommends that combo. I tihnk you should switch to that. I got my 4lb lower pulley in today but I dont think Im going to put it on for a while.
