Yea you can do youll just need more than the blower. You will need an intercooler and some cooling line. People have done it before.

 

No such thing as a stupid question. The problem lies in the fact that your bottom end probably won't hold up long because, like the rest of us, you'll want to up the boost and your internals will not hold up long. Probably ok at a modest 7-8lbs.
