Governing Cobras?

Are ANY (94-99,01, 03-04) cobras governed below 160mph? Which ones?

i belive that all of them are governed but the 03-04 i am almost positive that they are governed

the 03-04 are goverend at 155 aqccording to car and driver. but i couldn't tell you cuz i have no govenor.
