Go for a D1SC Procharger package or Hp Twin Turbo kit. That will be strong
It has to be complete with fuel sys and tuning and so on
I think that 12- 15 PSI will be Nice but not more. Still you don't have a strong short block to handle more power.
Good Luck

Also 450 at the crank and 420 at the wheels, shouldnt i be more like 385 rwp with a 450 crank? And to get 385 rwhp outta bolt ons/cams you must have a sick *** tune/ huge lope cam.

That being said a dsc1 will get you how ever high u wanna go in terms of HP.
Edit: Seeing that you are from danville you arent gonna pass smog tests with a DS-c1, and i dont think you are gonna want to keep takin it off every 2 years.
Get a Kenne Bell blower... that would make some sick torque and HP from low RPMs through the whole RPM range... just my two cents worth... It is what I will go with next summer when I have the cash... But, I will run 6 to 8 psi because my engine is stock, whereas yours looks like it can handle sooo much more... it that is your list of engine components and not a wish list...
