bad bushings

well i got my car back from supposedly getting my r&p changed from what i thought was baclash when come to find out my differntial busings were bad. that is where i was getting my clunking sound The track and wheelhop dont mix, i am ordering the diff bushings tonight.

thanks, yeah it should i got them in today actually from mm, which also came with the back diff bushing.

You know you have to drop the diff out from under the car to change the rear bushing, right?

after i wrote this post i opened up the package and read the directions and read where it said that, i dont believe that one is going in hahahah or i might hire someone to do it.

Can you point me to where you got your busings from?.
I need to change these on my car as well.
Also, it seems like this is not a DIY-er, is there a lot of work involved?.

i got mine from maximunm motorsports, it came with all three, and the tool to remove the rear one, I am not going to bother with the rear one though, but i am going to do the front two, they are not that hard i looked under the car today to see!

well i replaced the bushings tonight and i have to say that was the easiest thing that i have done performance wise in a long time, i can tell a big difference and the backlash is gone and the car feels stiffer which is a good thing getting my 315s in this week too, cant wait for the track to open back up hopefully i can beat my 12.9 sec 1/4
