i found a 1996 mystic cobra with 104k online for $9000.. its completely stock except for the Flowmaster exhaust..
Sorry.. is the car worth it? or am i gonna get shafted by it?

 

Don't pay that much for it.....that's a lot of money for what's essentially an 11-year old car with a bunch of miles. And though the paint is unique.....they made a bunch of them in 96 relative to the overall production number.

 

...basically, you are paying around $4000 for the paint, its up to you but I would say no

I wouldn't pay any more than 6,000 for that car. WAAAAY to many miles and the motor will probably blow soon.

 

well i got my 96 for 5600 in good shape. but I will tell you that with the miles it runs real good and doesnt have any leaks or issues.

now in this area u can never get a cobra for the book price. IM sorry u just cant find one due to the limited production,.. Now u should pay 9 grand but u can expect about 7 grand Based off all my research.

 

what area do you live in...theres mad cobras in pinellas county and tampa, i see at least one or two a day. Lots of roushes and saleens tooo. I guess everyone is thinking right around here...they all have stangs.

 

i live in San Fransisco, CA.. everybody must be thinkin right overthere.. but over here.. we get a lot of the ricers.. not too many cobras over here.. wish there were more.. but im tryin to find one soon.. cant wait any longer..
