Just curious if this car sounds familiar to anyone? 95-98 Black SVT Mustang, lowered a bit, hood a bit taller than stock, Charcoal Grey Saleen S281 wheels, blower, Tach on the left of the steering wheel? I was on the way to work this morning, and this car pulled up next to me at the light. MEAN sounding exhaust, and I was just curious what this thing had done to it? First time I've ever felt intimidated at all in my GTO, but damn this car was nice!

Haha! Actually you are 100% correct! I haven't pulled next to one of those yet either... A 03-04 Cobra was another car I was considering when I purchased my GTO. I love those cars too.

 

I wasnt knocking the Goat, they are nice cars too. I have always wanted to race one but most people i see driving them are women and old men. But i also dont see that many

 

No, I didn't take it as a knock at all haha! GTO's, whether it be a 04, 05, or 06, are badass cars and pretty mean... But the 03-04 Cobra's are just plain sinister! I mean, 390 (I'm sure under-estimated) ponies under the hood, and that's STOCK!? I wouldn't mind having one of each haha! I'd like to race a Terminator also, not that I'd win, but it's a good car to test any vehicle against.

lol ive raced a 5.7 gto. and won, but what years are 5.7 and what years are 6.0? Do some years have the option for both? wtf

 

2004 GTO's had the 5.7, 350HP/365TQ, 2005-6 GTO's had the 6.0, 400HP/400TQ
