You have done something right to get the miles up that high... I had a 5.0 94 GT that called for 10w30 (close enough to the same engine)... No matter what you put in there, you should go with synthetic... but with that many miles you will be looking at a rebuild before too long anyways... how the heck did you get that many miles on there in the first place??? I can see a couple hundred thousand miles on an engine like that, but almost three hundred?????

alot of highway....i bought it with crazy miles...no regrets...just need to get another year or so...
i'm shooting for 300,000.....

 

Good oil, just remember once you have synth stick to synth, or else youll have major problems.

also you should rebuild the motor man, its 110% worth it. Bore it out while your at it too.

 

id go with royal purple IMO
