does anybody know if they still make those side exhausts for the 94-98? they replace the rockers and are paintable covers with an exit pipe coming out before the rear tire

 

The Roush side exhaust?

 

ive seen the 99 up side exhaust from roush, i was thinking about the old motorsport svo ones though, they were more rounded

 

Not sure but my buddy has Supertraps out the side and it looks and soundsBAD A$$ for sure. But it's an old mustang so...

 

Are we talking about this kind of side exhaust. I know you can get the tips from roush.com and then just have someone custom some pipes that exit there.

Read something somewhere about side exhaust resulting in hp loss, thought you might be interested to know.

It looks bad though, like on 97black's cobra. I love that Roush kit hes got.

Also check out steeda side exhaust, they got a pretty cool kit. Its not a skirt persay, its just pipes that peek under your stock skirt. I dont believe they sit really low either. Heard and set and they sound sick.

 

I think that Borla made A side exit exhaust not sure if it's still available though.

 

i know what one your talking about, it was on a black 96 cobra featured in a magazine i just read, let me dig it out and ill let you know. Looked like that pic with the side but said svo right before the tips
