Default Hard shifting

My 03 Cobra has a hard time shifting but goes into gears with no grinding does sometimes in all gears. It doesn`t have any mods. Tranny has 60k highway miles. It`s my first Cobra bought it with 60k on it so I have no knowlegde of the T56. Is this normal or do I have a tranny rebuild in my future? Thanks

Could you maybe translate that in english?

If it's hard to shift and not grinding, it could be a couple things, but likely not your synchronizers. Your clutch might be in bad shape or your forks are bent. When your car it shut off, can you change gears any easier?

Sorry about the lack of english. That was a rough day when I posted that. To answer the question, yes it does move in and out of gear easy when the car is not running. The throw out bearing is starting to make a little noise also. I am planning on replacing the clutch. What is a could brand to go with.?(car makes about 560hp)
