01 Cobra - TPS

01 Cobra - TPS
Greetings fellow friends,
I have another question. I've googled this question and can't seem to find any information so maybe one of you guys would know. I wrote the thread "Problems" and have replaced my original T/B again but what I noticed is the fact that the TPS on the original T/B doesn't appear to be adjustable. This part has 2 DC voltages - one is about 5.00 volts DC with WOT and closed is (I wish I knew the answer) but the TPS can be adjusted, at least on aftermarket T/B's. It appears that you can pivot the TPS after loosening a screw to gain or lose voltage. It is true that the original OEM T/B not adjust and that once it's put on, it's stationary, allowing the right amount of voltage? I believe my car is running better now after I put the original back on. I'm still getting some sputtering, but it appears to be going away. I unplugged both battery terminals and will leave them off overnight - that'll ensure the computer gets completely reset. I am hoping this will take away all the issues I've been having. Again, please refer to the thread "Problems" if you didn't already. Thanks and I look forward to input.
