RE: help with heat exchanger
LFP and Fluidyne are both good brands to consider for a HE. I'm personally going with a LFP. You can run a 2.76 upper pulley like spray175 said... just make sure to get a good tune for that and the other things that you listed you wanted done. Its possible you could be anywhere around 440-480 rwhp. Thats about all you will see until you either port the Eaton or upgrade to a Whipple or KB.

Hey, thanks guys, especially to you, Golden, you inspired me to order an LFP HE. Should be here by Wednesday.

RE: help with heat exchanger
Nice choice. I have the LFP dual pass. I have no comparison or proof that it works any better but I've seen many threads on svtperformance. There was a test done by a member and it was said that the LFP dual pass cooled the intake temp by about 3-5 degrees over other aftermarket heat exchangers. If that's true then it's a very nice piece.
Also for the poster, I have a 2.95 pulley, bassani cat back, bassani x-pipe (no cats), JLT intake and an SCT tune and put down 447hp and 458tq. I was honestly not expecting that much power for the pulley I purchased. This was on a mustang dyno as well.
