Default Questions For a 2003 Cobra

I just bought a 2003 Cobra and its completely stock.I want to do a few things to add some horsepower, but still be used as a daily driver. I am already getting exhaust, cold air intake, 3.10 pulley, and a short throw shifter. Thanks for your help.

My question is what are some more small things i can do to make my car have more horsepower but nothing dramatic or major so that i can still use it as an everyday driver.

You already said you're getting intake, exhaust and a 3.10 pulley. Those are are all of the most basic mods you can do. My only recommendation is to go with a smaller size pulley, and get a dyno tune to go with it. A 2.76 would give you more power over that 3.10 and you would most likely be satisfied with the amount of power you would put out with a 2.76 pulley. That would wake the car up a lot more and definitely get you the power it sounds like you want.

These are the most common bolt on mods for a Cobra.

Thanks for the suggestion on the pulley. Where is the best place to get the 2.76 pulley because the smallest one i have found is the 2.81

2.76 is really pushing it actually... see my signature... I didn't buy my pulley, but if i had to do it.. I'd go 2.93 upper and a 4# lower, with the port, you will run optimum boost.

You want small basic mods.. my signature is a recipe for 500rwhp/torque.

Mine is ported and runs fine... steigmeier(sp?) does most of the Cobra ports... hes done a ton of them.

Check his website out... he does good work http://www.stiegemeier.com/index.html
