Yes you will be without a doubt. Will you be forging the internals?

I would keep it calm with that - i have a buddy that runs a KB pushing out a bit over 470 rwhp.. you really wanna keep it around 450-470rwhp, or you might pop something. The size of the blower won't put you over your rwhp mark, it's the size of the pulley and tune - how much your pushing basically.

Forge internals would require pretty much an slight engine rebuild.

This would include the following forged parts:
crankshaft
pistons
connecting rods
bearings
(probably some other things i forgot that are majors)

and you'll probably want to throw in some forced induction cams while your at it in there. (those come in kits with valvesprings and all)

Although expensive, you'll never have to worry about blowing anything on the inside again as long as your smart about it.

You CAN do it without those parts, but like everyone has said your only good to 450-470 TOPS. If your at tops it would be kind of rediculous though because you wouldnt be able to really whomp on her and get the full benefit of the charger, due to engine strain.

+1...ive seen a few GTs hit 490-500rwhp and run for quite a while. but they also had a lot of luck. to keep it safe, keep the power under 470rwhp. 450 is always a good max before forging the bottom end.
