i know some people who have and you can see some gains from head/cam work. but form what i have seen when looking around the cost of just the set of camshafts themselves run around a grand or so, then add in head work, either replacement heads or port work, plus valvesprings and anything else you will need, and shop labor unless you feel comfortable dismantling y9ou engin on your own, and your looking at probaly3-4k i would guess. for that you could get a kb/whipple and install it in one days time and see the same if not more gain.

A good set of Cam's would make a great investment for your ride. Yes a bit pricey but worth it in the long run

if everything else was done that i wanted to do for my cobra, and i was bored, then id put them in, because you just cant argue that rough idle sound. The **** would sound like a saleen S7 <3

the only better heads your gonna get are the ones off of the Ford GT and its a 5.4 so its out of the question... the heads on the stock 03-04 cobras are amost as good as it gets. unless ur looking to push over 800hp then ya a cam swap probly is needed to keep up with all the boost and pressure your gonna be runnin but as for me... na its a waste of money in my opinion

+1 on they way they sound. But dollar (money you could spendon other parts)to performance ratio not so good! Looking at your mods IMO I would go get a set of long tube headers, heat exchanger, gears, etc... and maybe a bottle and you would still be under the cost of a good set of cams and labor!
