Yes, it has a upper and lower pulley, cold air intake, throttle body,(not sure of brands) also +1 ona aftermarketheat exchanger . I would offer the seller any were from $19,500 to $21,500 . The Cobra also looks like it has a little road rash on the front bumber. Mine had a little rash also and it cost me a little over$600 to repaint.
how do you know it has a lower on it? it doesn;t say anywhere in the ad i i see no picture of it?

it also has an intercooler resevior, and possibly a larger radiator (it has the expansion tank).. btw, thats a 2.93 pulley (Enlarging is awesome!).... looks like a heat exchanger to me... even looks like he has the even flow head cooling mod.

19-20k is VERY low for a terminator, even still... that price is reasonable... Could come down 1-2k due to miles, but doesn't to be a bad deal... ask about the head cooling mod.. see what he says - thats a VERY important part to the car.

http://stangshiftergaskets.com/2003_2004faqs.htm

Go there and read up.

Also ask him about any suspension he does or doesn't have. Can't see if he has the IRS brace or not. Also, about the clutch - there is a TSB on the TOB for the clutches... Read those FAQ's.

-Btw.. congrats.

The head cooling mod, is this... The #7 and 8 cylinder has no way for the coolant to escape so it just sits there and boils. The head cooling mod, allows the hot coolant an avenue to escape. It's not on the FAQ site but, its a very popular mod for the Cobra. The cars kryptonite is heat, it builds a lot of heat - so you have to make sure you have good cooling mods...

Looks like a decent deal to me... you might try to see if you can get it 1k-2k lower like kazp said. Just because its been modded a lil, doesnt mean its been ragged too bad. If the mods have been done with good taste and has a good tune with it, it is just money saved if you wanted to mod your cobra some. Some like to start from scratch and mod it all themselves, but this would get you a good head start from what I can see in the pictures. Depending on the tune, I'm gonna say 430-460 rwhp on it.

maybe 1-2psi more... not worth the retune/pulley. I'd just get the blower ported and a 4# lower... and you will actually have the best combo for the ported eaton...
