Default need exhaust info!!!

alright ive got a stock 03 cobra and to be honest i like the stock exaust... suttle yet a hidden godzilla wating to be unleashed and their full stainless steel so when i put my new exaust on it HAS to be stainless steel and im not very interested in installing longtubes but cats, mufflers, and Xpipe is a diffinent...

so what is the best brand of exhaust? i know its all preference so i want a deep rumble when cruzingbut when you mash it to the floor everyone knows hey hey im king and back off [sm=badbadbad.gif]

Bassani, MAC, magnaflow, what??

Deep low growl for cruising, and a roar for 5000k+ rpms.... thats flowmaster all the way. If you want to hear how they sound, search my name on youtube. I have some vids of my car posted there.

slp is good if you want earsplitting loud, raw sound. If you want to keep the volume low for cruising they defenitely arent what your looking for. The only SLP pack I'd reccomend for that DD quietness but scream when you floor it, is the SLP loudmouth 2.

Also check out magnaflow, alot of people here like them too, not overly loud either.

Oh by the way, the slp and stock mid sounds good and deep. but with a mid pipe sounds just loud and raspy.

I run a catted Bassani X & SLP loudmouths as a DD. A freind of mine has the same set up only difference is he has a offroad x pipe (no cats) and he complains that it is to loud. Good luck!

I've had several different exhausts on my past three Cobras and I def. like the Borlas and the SLPs on a stock mid-pipe. If you are going with an X-pipe, go with Magnaflow or Bassani! With an O/R pipe a chambered muffler is usually preferred becuz of the extreme noise.
