Default convertable or no?

hey guys im in the market for an 03-04 cobra i found a few that i like and now its just a matter of do i want a convertable or not what would be the cons of owning a convertable? ive heard bad things about how it affects the cars "ridgedness" im not too concerned with extremely hard cornering mostly just light to light and an occasional track appearance

Get the Vert if it's not gonna be a track warrior. I love mine and the only problem that I have is keeping the top up, If the windows are down the top is down!
I would have to say the the Coupe looks a little cleaner.

Love my vert and wouldn't trade it for ANY coupe. There is a little less rigidity to the frame of the car because it doesn't have a fixed roof but it isn't a big deal. Cruising from early spring to mid fall with the top down more than makes up for it.

It all comes down to personal preference though.

Although mine is a GT and not a Cobra it is a vert and I have had 4 Stangs now and will never buy another coupe. BTW 25,000 would be a great price for a 03-04 Cobra vert.

The noise, leaks and body flex kinda suck
but putting the top down on a gorgeous spring day is soooooo nice
