I recently purchased 99 vert and am looking to put 19" Wheels on it. I have found some 8.5s for the front and 9.5s for the back, the offset is 38mm, however I have heard stories of the IRS brakes in the rear causing problems with aftermarket wheels. Can anyone tell me what the story is with the IRS brake system and if these wheels will work.

 

i have 19" cobra R wheels on my 99 cobra and have no problems braking. makes the car look a helluva lot better too.
