I used to have a bone stock 99 Cobra and I had it dyno'd at 252 rwhp - it's best run. Obviously, my car did not have the recall done. With the recall, they smoothe out the upper intake, replace the mufflers with a higher flow muffler, and reflash the computer to bring the HP back up to speed, despite the fact that the 99 Cobra touted 320 hp.
