Hey guys, i just got a 03 SVT Cobra, mostly stock except for a steeda intake and magnaflow exhaust. I was concerned about this exhaust. When i downshift i get a popping sound sometimes. Almost like a backfiring noise. I had an 95 cobra with flowmasters and it never did that. Anyone have any ideas as to what it could be?

 

is it crackling and poping or is it a back fire

 

It's more of a crackling and popping.

 

sometimes timing but usually normal with straight through exhaust.
