well its going to be a lil difficult for u to get 350 rwhp with a supercharger on a stock v6. And even if u did hit that number, which i doubt that u will, the terminator will still kill your car. The 03 cobra has gobs of lowend torque, something u will seriously lack. by the time ur into some serious boost, the cobra will be gone!

I see him being able to crack 350rwhp with some adjustments other than just a stock, un-tuned SC setup. FI on a 3.8 can be quite surprising. I know its not a SC, but still awesome TMA Turbo Kit w/ 61mm .82 a/r

But back to the OP's topic. I have read past threads on this site ranging from 375-390rwhp depending on conditions. I'm pretty sure there is a member here with a yello term who had a 390rwhp stock dyno sheet, I could be mistaken though...

I'm running a built Tremec T5 with my set and have had no issues what so ever. Lots of the FI V6 guys aren't seeing issues with the tranny until the 400 plus mark. Just make sure you upgrade that poor clutch.

If all you want todo isbeat your dad's stock Termy, you goal doesn't necessarily need to be to dyno more horses than him, but to put what you do make down to the pavement more efficiently. A good suspension/tire setup will help make you faster as much as HP will.
