I have an x pipe with cats and a flowmaster 40s and its not the loudest. But thats not what I was looking for. I also really enjoy the sound from my supercharger, being able to hear any detonation was another reason I didnt want my car too loud.

Look here, theres tons of exhaust clips.

Your computer has some serious problems if you cant play ANY of those clips
Just go with any brand x-pipe plus your flowmasters. But be expecting everyone to try and bash on flowmasters, why they cant shut up and not worry about what everyone else has, is beyond me!

i have a 97' cobra with flowmaster 40 series cat back system and it sounds really good. other than that i still have the stock h pipe and manifolds. but te sound of the kenne bell under the hood means more to me than exhaust. i would definantly go the flowmaster route though.

I have the Flowmaster Delta race mufflers and love them. Quiet idle but you can tell when it's coming up the street. It's not that loud when your cruising but sounds great when you get on it. I also have a 76 vette (I know a Ford & Chevy owner just don't sound right) with flowmaster 40's and the exhaust tip comes out just before the back tires. It is almost twice as loud as the delta race mufflers. I get picked on all the timeabout having a Ford& Chevy in the garage. The vette was my 1st toy back in 98. I bought the mustang back in march, enjoy the mustangmuch better so if anyones in the market for a 76 vette and lives in Maryland let me know.

Bassani all the way, love the sound. If you are going to go with Flows get a H pipe. I didn't care for thesound of the X paired up withchambered mufflers.
