A friend of mine owns a 98 cobra with a vortech charger I think its a V2 vortech.

The problem is that the car keeps cutting when going full throttle then it suddenly opens with good power. Im not sure if it was the tune.

it also sometimes misses the rev limiter as in like there is no rev limiter so he upshifts and there is the rev limiter again..

Now his driving is not like this but wants to knowwhats wrong with the car. The engine is completly stock and the cobra is imported from japan.
