Default Need Some Advice

I just bought a 99 cobra about 3 months ago it has about 78,000 miles i want to make some serious upgrades to it but im kinda new to this. I know ill have to rebuild the engine to get any serious horsepower out of it any suggestions on what the best parts and upgrades i should use???

If you have serious $$$$ get a Supercharger and you'll be set!

what do you consider 'serious'? Intake, exhuast & 4.56's on a good suspension setup wont require a rebuild.

yea i want to put a kenne bell supercharger in it, i already have an exuast and a cold air intake in it

OK. so what are you waiting for? Your stock shortblock should handle the 9psi 2.1kit from KB for a while. When it finally kicks the bucket, have it rebuilt with forged components.

im saving up the money right now im gonna haev it done by next spring hopefully... shouldnt i rebuild it before i put the supercharger on it tho???

If you want to do it all right and do it all at once, then yes. If you just want to throw a blower on it until the engine goes then that's fine too, but I'd rather spend all the money at once and get it all done at once so I won't have to worry about anything later on...
