Mustang Dyno ????
Is there a diff. in your HP numbers if useing a Mustang Dyno? I got a Dyno tune yesterday at Amazon Tuning Solutions and they use a Mustang Dynamometer. It only took two full pulls to get my tune diled in and the numbers were(1st pull 470HP-512TQ, 2nd was 474HP-509TQ). The car feels like you are driving a jet. I thought that my Harley truck was fast untill Rick got ahold of my Cobra. I will be returning to Amazon real soon for there ported SC,TB,and plenum. Let me know what you guys thank of my numbers. Thanks, Rob[/align] 04 Cobra vert.
where you from? I'm about 45 min away from anderson. but in answer to your question, Mustang Dyno's use the car's weight where as a Dynojet uses 2000lb or 3000lb (not sure which) rollers.

i was talking to a guy at my local dyno shop, which i believe has a mustang dyno. he said it factors in wind resistance at the speed you are at, and adjusts accordingly, thats why the numbers are lower. you can do 1/4 mile simulations on it and its pretty damn accurate.

what car and what mods??
what car and what mods??
After talking with rick at Amazon, All of his numbers are Mustang dyno #'s not converted to Dyno-jet #'s. So my 474 HP on a Mustang dyno would be real close to 500 HP on a dyno-jet right. Correct me if Im wrong.
