It sounds like you're looking to get a Terminator for cheap. I wouldn't go that route if I were you, but to each his own I suppose. You never know what being hit will do to the car. Even if there isn't frame damage, it could have jarred something loose that you won't notice until it's too late. You're taking a big risk in buying something like that. I'm not going to tell you not to do it, but be very careful and take it to the best mechanic you can find to be as certain as possible that there isn't going to be any problem with the car. Be certain the frame isn't warped at all and that the alignment is all in order. In general a car that's been hit is never as strong as a clean car, and will never drive the same way. If I were looking at a 150HP Honda, that wouldn't be as big a deal, but when you're putting down the power that a Terminator has, those issues are going to show up a lot more.

However, I don't know of any, sorry.

If you can find it buy a low mileage 99 or 01 and have a supercharger put on it. 99 is rumored to have the stronger Teksid block vs 01 weaker Windsor block. Best route IMO

Even better, it's not even a rumor! 96-99 and a select few 01s have it.

Well, my point was that sometimes not even a good mechanic can get a car running 100% again. I trust you'll be careful though, just be sure to have his watchful eye.

Anyway, pros of an 01 over an 03-04? Cheaper? That's about it. The 03-04 obviously comes supercharged so it's much faster, also, it has fully forged internals while the 01 only has a forged crank.

I forgot to mention the T56, that's another big advantage. That's probably the only transmission that Ford has put in a stock car that was worth a damn. I consistantly slam gears too fast for my T45's synchros to keep up on my 97.
