bolt at the flange between the header and mid-pipe? grinder
bolt that bolts into the head? pull the head and take it to a machine shop.

no, if its a bolt that breaks in the head, they make speacial screws that are reverse thread, that actualy screw into the broken bolt, and takes it out....

u might as well pull the hole motor it would save time. drill it out and re tap the head.

its the stud to mount the h pipe my buddy told me to heat it up and bang it out

im pritty sure the stud from the header to the h pipe screws in and out. i say put vicegrips on the bottom of the stud heat the flang not the stud and turn
