one more question does the 97 cobra have the pi heads? member im new lol and if they dont if intalled them how much boost would i get?

No, the cobra has a completely different engine- it has 4 valves per cylinder compared to the GT's 2valves. if you were to 2v PI heads, you would lose a good amount of power.
