Could any one possibly tell me some info on my motor and its internals? like is any part of it forged or does it have dif compression from the gts? i know my hp is 240 and think torque is the same as well. thanks

 

yea your cars rated at 240 hp at 4800 rpm, and 285 ft at 4000 rpm. You have a higher compression. its 9.0:1. Your cars 0-60 is 6.3 which is actually slower than the GTs. you car weighs more. we had the slowest model year cars pretty much... sorry man im trading my car in for a 96-98 cobra hopefuly, you should do the same

 

well i have a 95 cobra...shes not the fastest out there but for now she runs great still gives thrills and has a few mods...she'll get her engine mods soon enough....shes getting up there in the miles...so buy a new cobra or appreciate the one youve got and get some mods done....jenna

 

Yea i gotta admit as down trodden this car seems, the 5.0 heart is what keeps me hooked to it. With a lot of bolt ons i can make some major hp gains if i hit it from all angles out side of heads. no replacement for displacement.

or for the same amount $$, get a used 351W Lightning engine.
