I am doing a solid axle and need a different exhaust. I am running a bassani catback with x-pipe and no cats. The bassani is very loud and attracts alot of attention. I would like something a little more mellow and deeper sounding. Any suggestions?

 

i don't know, but dan is building me a custom cat back, with any choice of mufflers, for my solid swap. I thnk im going to do magnaflows like devon has on his car...

 

Is your solid in the process? Im thinking of hitting the Pavillions to hear some cars to see if that helps.

If you get a catted x and keep your Bassani mufflers you'd be satisfied I think. When I had my cats on w/ my Bassani it was VERY VERY deep. Just my 2 cents...

 

mines being built right now. its a solid 9inch, the same as in dan's silver car.

Im doing my own. 8.8 from Ford racing with 3.73s and trac loc diff. 31 spline axles. Roush Stage 3 springs. UPR upper and lower fully adjustablecontrol arms with spherical bushings. Not sure on the exhaust though. I would have had Dan do it but he didn't call me back ?????

Thats right I will need wheel spacer and new studs. Im using Tokico D-specs.
