Just make sure you do a little at a time. Pace yourself it will take some time! I would do a little at at time on all areas vs. just grinding one area completely at once and then moving on, there's more room for error and unevenness

Do you have a tutorial on how to do this? Website? My intakes been sitting on my workbench for a month, and I'm down to try it.

Well i think ima just wing it and if all else fails buy a new one. Nah j/k my friends dad has owned seriously over 25 mustangs in his life and 5 or more have been cobras hes gonna step by step it with me tell me exactly what to do. And then, if all else fails i found a special on intake manifolds.

Here's a website that has Long runner ported intake's with exchange for just under $500. This is pretty much for N/A cars I would assume. Then they have the short runner fully cut up intake for almost $700 with exchange. I would guess that you send them the lower portion of your intake and a check and they send you a newly redone one. Fairly priced also considering there's a lot of cutting and welding for the short runner intake design!
