I agree with xxkazp3rxxsays, talk to the local shops because thats the guys your going to bring it to if you don`t like the tune or want more. It`s just best to talk to them first and go from there.

Yes, that would be my criteria. First choose your tuner and find out which tuning device they use. Some use both while others stick to one or the other.
