99s were iron, had a few recalls. id get he 01, + verts are heavier. thats my opinion on that though.

Personally, I would stay clear of a 99 cobra with 122k miles. btw, you can pick up a nice 97/98 cobrafor that price range with lower mileage.

i paid 10k formy 97 with 40k miles. and i love it.

I'd go with the 01... 122,000 miles is a bit much for the 99.
