Default 96 cobra

Hey guys this is my first post. On my way home from school i noticed there is a all black 96 mustang svt cobra for sale. The mustang has been in a front end collision(no frame damage)but was mostly fixed. The car has new headers new exhaust new tires rims new light new radiator and some electrical work. The car needs to have some parts put on( most parts are included just need to be put on ) a little electrical work and needs some painting. The car has 90k miles and the guy wants 4900 for it. The thing im worried is the car previously had a supercharger on it that was removed, could that have caused damage to the engine? Is that a good price? How long are the cobra motors usualy good for under good maintnence? Thanks guys

take it for a ride, if there is damage done to the motor there will be some signs, (ticking, knocking, oil consumptiuon, etc.) that is a good price, but get the car on a lift to double check if there was frame damage

def. get that SVT on a lift and check for any welding on the frame. also check the strut towers for any welding anywhere where its not supposed to be. it wouldn't hurt to take it to a mechanic and have them run a check on it to make sure theres no major mechanical work needed.

Stay away for that price man. You are better off finding a better ride for a bit more $
