I was at a ford dealer recently attempting to trade my 99 cobra in for an 03 termi w/ 27K on the clock. Of course ford ran the VIN on my car and it came up clean.

I asked the sales person if my car had the recall problem fixed and he said my VIN came up clean with no recalls. Could that mean it was never done or just that it never needed it? How can I tell because I would like be putting out the amount of power a normal cobra is supposed to.

 

o yes it had lots of recall on that car i had a 99 cobra i got ans 03 now much happier

intake
exhast
parking brake handle
both rear kuckles
seat belts
belt ten. just to name a few .

 

yea the seatbelts r reeeaaallly annoying onthe car. they keep twisting. but ive been looking for the termi int. exhaust is already gone so im good with that.

you should have a sticker by the rad .

 

hmmm...i gotta check for that tomorrow at work. now that it stopped monsooning here in NY ill have some spare time

 

There should be a Green dot on the Intake Manifold if it was fixed, I think it's on the Drivers side.
