Default Opinions on cat backs

Hey guys, I've tried going over youtube to check out different cat backs and its kinda tough to tell much of a difference with the crappy video quality. I found a few good ones and I think I like the borla cat backs better over the flowmasters. What do you guys think?

Prochamber + Mac Catback sounds like sex on a 4V. But the Borlas sound mean as hell too. It's all opinion though. We can't tell you what you'll like best because everyone likes something different.

Yep, it is very much a preference thing. Ilove the way my flowmaster setup sounds.

It's hit and miss really. Try streetfire.net for some more videos. I think there are more quality videos on there.

To give a video with my prochamber+mac cb on a 4v, here's the video that made me get my GT's exhaust (even though it's a 2v): http://videos.streetfire.net/video/c...9301580697.htm

My Cobra already had the exhaust on it when I got it, and I haven't quite decided what I want to do with it yet. It does sound good, and it's loud as hell, but I can't decide if I want to change it out to a Prochamber as well. Prochambers have the most refined sound in my opinion. X is the most raw. So the Prochamber kind of gives you a mean muscle sound while an X usually gives you a "GET THE **** OUT OF MY WAY" sound. Just depends on what you want.

Personally i like magnaflow. Here is a video of a friends cobra. He has bbk lts, o/r h pipe and magnaflow catback.

I have a catted h pipe and the same magnaflow catback on my 99 cobra and it sounds really similar to his. His is obviously louder.

I had a Bassani O/R X & Bassani Cat-Back on my 01 and it sounded awesome for sure! It just wasn't whatI wanted. Now I run a BBK Catted X w/ SLP LM1's and it sounds awesome, exactly what I wanted! But to get to the point, my favorites are...

* SLP
* Bassani
* MAC
* Borla XR-1's

You can't go wrong w/ those...
