Help finding Block

I was wanted to do a rebuild project on a 94 Lincoln Mark VIII motor but read that i wasn't able to put a 03 04 cobra blower on due to the type of heads and would have to due alot more modifications money wise so i'm selling the motor now. If im wrong on this please someone correct me but if im not just wondering if anyone knew of any websites where i can buy the bare block for 2001-2004 cobra. Thanks
