buy everything dont just build a motor because you wont find alot of **** to match it up in your car from a 2v.

I got bored so heres a short list so you know what we mean by not turning a 2v into a 4v and instead just dropping in whole motor. 2 exta timing chains for the extra 2 cams. 4v heads 4 cams 32 valves+valvesprings and retainers 64 retainer clips. 2 extra timing gears fuel rails intake manifolds Imrc deletes wires timing cover wiring harness ecu flash 24 lb injectors throttle body. total cost depending which parts you use(used stock or fr500 for example.)Somewhere between1200 and 9000+. ouch... A cobra motor ready to drop in will set you back only 3500 on ebay.
