I just got my 03 cobra vert and it has a ticking/rattling sound comming from underneath me in the tranny i think.....it really can only be heard when the car is in high gears or in low rpm's......when i disengage the clutch and hit the gas it stops so that makes me thing it has to be something in the tranny.....anyone have any ideas?

 

Possibly throw-out bearing. How many miles and how does the clutch engage? while driving, momentarilly put slight pressure on clutch and see if noise changes/goes away.
