Im changing my cams for ford GT cams finally. And getting my heads ported, but im still up in the air on where im taking my heads to get ported. Im hoping for 575 rwhp and 600 wtq with a ported blower 2.8 and a 2lb lower. We shall see. Here are some pics let me know what you think.

y dont u just doa twin screw set up instead?

ur heads/cams set up with the ported blower is going to run u more money that just upgrading to a twin screw...

and a nice twin screw will probably net u more hp...

the twin screw is coming soon. And very few people actually do the head and cams first. And if i have a twin screw plus heads and cams then i should put out great power. And i already have a ported blower. I just have to get a lower.

 

ohh and the cams were only $414.00 all the gaskets were only $300.more and the ported heads and springs are under 2 grand. so i should be under the price of a twin screw and i hope for 575 with a 2lb lower and a 2.8 upper

 

where did you get the ford gt cams for that cheap?

 

A ford dealership with a buddies dealer discount. And i just dropped off the heads they are currently getting ported. For everything the port 5 angle valve job new seals comp springs and retainers is under 1500 from a friend. So i should have everything done for way under 3 grand for head and cams... stokedddd!!!

 

just got my gt cams and everything in the mail. I can actually see the difference in the lobe size its amazing. Sooo many gaskets and everything was $755. Way way stoked
